DEED OF DEDICATION
This Indenture Witnesseth, that ARLET A. PRYOR and CLAUDIA V.

Re: Variance Permit
To Whom It May Concern:
We have an application for a variance request o.a 15 acres on West Road for the
construction of a horse barn and residential home. The followktg specifications would be
met with. the construction of each:
1. Barn - 80 x 172 Borkholder metal sided pole barn with a shi.agle roof with
12 horse stalls. The use of the barn is for housing personal horses with the
availability of boarding up to 6 horses and providing riding lessons.
2. The residence will consi.st of a brick exterior containing 3200 square feet,
basement.and attached garages..The residence will have the proper permits
for well and septic systems.
3. The driveways from the road frontage to fl~e residence and barn will be
gravel and stone.
