PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
This is to certify that, for value received, the Real. Es-
tatn Mortgage dated March 11, 19RR, from Springmi11 Associates
to Hank One, Indianapolis, N.A., as 'Trustee of a trust that is
known as Trust No. 14125 which was created by a Trust Agreement
dated February .I., 1980, which mortgage was recorded March 14,
1988, as instrument No. 88 04472 in the Office of the Rocor.dor.
of Hamilton Comity, Tnrii ann, is hnrnhy released and satisfied
solely as to the real estate in Hamilton County, Indiana, de-
scribed in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
This Partial Release applies only Lo the above described
real estate and it is expressly stipulated, agreed and under-
stood that the hereinabove recited Real Estate Mortgage shall
be in Lul.l force and effect as against all of the property and
improvements described therein except the property herein re-
leased.
