THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, successor to Bank One
Indianapolis, NA, Trustee u/a Joan M. Hollett, for the Benefit of Byron P. Monett, Jr., dated February 14, 1992
(individually and collectively the "Grantor convey to the City of Carmel, Indiana (the "Grantee for the sum
of Seventy -one Thousand Four Hundred Eighty -three and 00 /100 Dollars ($71,483.00) and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate
in Hamilton County, State of Indiana:
See attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein
Subject to any and all easements, agreements, restrictions and other matters of record.
It is understood between the parties hereto, and their successors in title, and made a covenant herein
which shall run with the land, that all real estate herein described (excepting any parcels or portions thereof that
are specifically and expressly designated as easements or temporary rights of way) are conveyed in fee simple
and not merely for right of way purposes, and that no reversionary rights whatsoever are intended to remain in
the Grantor.
Grantor, as Trustee and not for him /herself /itself individually, covenants that the said premises is free
from any encumbrances made or suffered by said Grantor, except taxes and assessments, and said Grantor and
its successors shall warrant and defend the same as to said Grantee against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons claiming by, through or under said grantor, but against no other.
The undersigned person executing this Trustee's Deed represents and certifies that JP Morgan Chase
Bank, NA, is the successor to Bank one Indianapolis, NA, as Trustee u/a Joan M. Hollett, for the Benefit of
Byron P. Hollett, Jr., dated February 14, 1992; and that pursuant to the Trust Agreement, JP Morgan Chase
Bank, NA, has full authority to manage the affairs of said Trust and to sign and execute documents on its
behalf, that this authority has not been revoked, and, therefore, is fully authorized and empowered to convey to
the City of Carmel, Indiana real estate of the Trust; and on the date of execution of said conveyance
instruments, he had full authority so to act. The undersigned person executing this Trustee's Deed on behalf of
the Grantor represents and certifies that he is an officer of the Grantor and has been fully empowered to execute
and deliver this Trustee's Deed on behalf of the Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Trustee's Deed to be executed this 7 day of

way lines depicted on the attached plat marked Exhibit `B" described as follows:
