Carmel, IN 46032 RE: West Carmel Commons Primary Plat Development Plan Dear Mrs. Conn: Thompson Thrift Development, Inc. 2750 East 146th Street, Suite 200 Carmel, IN 46033 TEL 317.848.4755 FAX 317.580.0987 www.thompsonthrift.com As a follow up to the Subdivision Committee Meeting on March 6, 2012 concerning the West Carmel Commons Primary Plat Development Plan, we are in agreement with the following recommendations /conditions for the approval: The proposed drive running north -south across Lot 2 is temporary and it is agreed that this drive will be removed within a six month time period after Retail Parkway has been extended to the west and the permanent full access drive to Lot 2 from Retail Parkway is open and operational. The existing Right -In /Right -Out on to Michigan Road shall also be temporary and it is agreed that this access on to Michigan Road will be removed after Retail Parkway has been extended to the west and the permanent full access drive to Lot 2 from Retail Parkway is open and operational. We believe these are the conditions discussed for the approval of both the Primary Plat and the Development Plan. With our agreement to these conditions, we request to be on the agenda of the next Plan Commission Meeting to be held on March 20, 2012 to obtain approval from the Plan Commission.
