The Special Studies Committee will meet to consider the following items:
Docket No. 12030009 ADLS Amend: Lakes of Carmel Signage.
The applicant seeks approval to place two new ground signs and new directional signs at the site. The site
is located at 382 Arbor Dr. and is zoned M- 3/Manufacturing. It is not located within any Overlay
Zone. Filed by David Gilman on behalf of Indianapolis Signworks and the owner.
2. Docket No. 12030008 ADLS Amend: The Centre Anchor Store /Grocery Store.
The applicant seeks approval to renovate the tenant space for a new anchor store /grocery store.
The site is located at 1342 -1430 S. Range Line Road. It is zoned B -3 /Business, within the Carmel
