UY Comes now by its duly authorized Vice President
and Secretary, Albert L. Hughey and conveys, grants and warrants to
the Cityof Carmel of Iamilton County, in the State of Indiana, for
:z.,. and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, the
receipt. of which is hereby acknowledged a Perpetual Utility and
Drainage easement to, over and on the following described real estate
located in Hamilton .Couri'ty; Indiana:
A strip of ground to be used as an easement
for the installation •and maintenance of city
-utilities .and drainage, said strip being 5
feet iri width by parallel lines off the entire
Southerly side of Lot #19 in Brookshire Lakes
Section One, as per plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 8, pages 36 thru 38 in the Office
of the• Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
The undersigned persons executing this Perpetual Utility and
Drainage on behalf :Of Grantor represent and certify that they are
duly elected, officers of .Grantor and have been fully empowered,
by proper •resolution of-the Board of Directors of Grantor, ;to
execute. and' deliver this Perpetual Utility and Drainage Easement,
that Grantor has full corporate capacity to convey the easement
.described herein; and that .all necessary corporate action for
the making of such conveyance has been taken and done.
