Project Narrative
Miller Surveying Inc is acting as an agent and surveyor for Arley and Claudia Pryor, who
is the owner and developer of the subject parcel. The subject parcel is located at 12899
West Road in Zionsville being in the Southwest Quarter of Section 30 Township 18
North, Range 3 East. The subject parcel contains 15.29 acres, more or less.
The owner plans to construct a new single story structure containing 10,080sqt~. The
owner plans operate a proposed tiding arena for personal use. The new barn will provide
comfort and safety to horses and riders. The barn will consist of the following: 60'x120'
indoor riding arena, staging area, tack room, wash room, and 12 stalls as shown in the
attached floor plan.
