LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of Lot Number Two (2) described as follows: Begin Thirty-five (35) feet South of the
Northeast corner of said Lot Number Two (2), run thence South seventy (70) feet, to the
Southeast corner of said Lot Number (2), thence West One Hundred Forty-five and Thirty-five
hundredths (145.35) feet, thence North Seventy (70) feet, thence East One Hundred Forty-five
and Thirty-five hundredths (145.35) feet to the place of beginning; all of said real estate being in
the Dixie Highway Addition as recorded in Deed Record Book 106 at page 7 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Exhibit "B", described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot; thence
South 89 degrees 10 minutes 42 seconds West 6.181 meters (20.28 feet) along the
south line of said lot; thence North 0 degrees 23 minutes 27 seconds East 21.336 meters
(70.00 feet) to the north line of the grantor's land at point "889" designated on said parcel
