Tour Edge products and to support retailers' efforts to provide the services, education and promotion desired by Tour Edge, Tour Edge has established the
following sales policy:
1. Retailers are encouraged to sell Tour Edge products at the suggested retail prices.
2. Tour Edge will discontinue the sale of its products to retailers who:
Resell Tour Edge products to purchasers other than end -user consumers.
Fail to comply with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws regulating retail sales and advertising.
Publish any advertisements for Tour Edge products that refer to prices less than minimum advertised prices listed in the "Tour Edge' Minimum
Advertised Price Guide
Engage in any deceptive or disparaging sales or advertising techniques, including "bait and switch" tactics. involving Tour Edge products.
Fail to follow Tour Edge's guidelines for proper trademark usage.
Resell or trade any Tour Edge product from a location other than that to which the product is shipped by Tour Edge.
Utilize any non traditional channel of distribution (e.g. catalog, internet, or non -local magazine) without prior written approval from the president
of Tour Edge.
Fail to maintain an experienced staff of golf equipment sales professionals to assist consumers in purchasing Tour Edge equipment.
Fail to provide an appropriate, attractive facility for consumers to view and be properly fitted for Tour Edge products.
Fail to follow any Tour Edge return, repair, or warranty policy.
3. Tour Edge sales representatives are not authorized or permitted to discuss or influence pricing policies with retailers. Retailers must make
independent decisions regarding pricing. No sales representative is authorized or permitted to solicit or accept any assurances of compliance by a
retailer with regard to this policy, to interpret this policy for a retailer, or to discuss pricing beyond giving a retailer a copy of this policy and a list of
Tour nl!LeimUm advertised prices.
A. This sales policy does not form a contract and shall not be construed as distributorship, dealership, or franchise agreement. The relationship
between Tour Edge and retailers is solely that of seller and purchaser, and Tour Edge retains the absolute discretion (1) to refuse to do business
with any persons and (2) to choose the persons to whom it sells its products, for any reasons, including but not limited to those set forth above in
paragraph 2.
5. All prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Claims regarding merchandise or pricing discrepancies must be made within 15 days of invoice date.
7. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due invoice amounts.
8. Effective October 19", 2006 Tour Edge will no longer allow terms discounts on credit card payments.
9. Tour Edge may change this sales policy at its discretion from time to time.

Merchandise Return Pofty
General Conditions
No return will be processed without a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
Any Tour Edge product that originally shipped with a headcover must be returned with the headcover included. A $5.00 reduction in credit will be applied to
every headcover not returned.
Any Tour Edge product that originally shipped with a weight kit must be returned with the complete weight kit included. A $15.00 reduction in credit will be
applied to every complete weight kit not returned.
Section 1: Restocking Fees
Any account returning product will be subjected to the restocking fees described below. Tour Edge will determine the condition of products being returned
and all decisions are final. Custom clubs may not be returned under any circumstance. Used products may be returned subject to 30 day play guarantee

when being returned to Tour Edge. To insure the largest value possible, properly protect and pack all products being returned to Tour Edge. The condition
of products being returned is to be determined by Tour Edge and,a)1 gecisjons are final. No exceptions.

Section 2: Merchandise Returned for Credit Under 30 Day Play Guarantee
Broken product or custom products are not eligible to be r9)yrned•for credit under the 30 -day play guarantee. Any account returning product for credit
under the 30 day play guarantee is required to provide a cash(& written receipt indicating the product was returned within 30 days of purchase. If product is
returned without a receipt, no credit will be issued-and product will be returned to account. Applicable discount terms will be discounted from issued credit
amount. Tour Edge is not obligated to return product to any account that is in disagreement with the determined credit amount.
Section 3: Merchandise Being Sent for Warranty Replacement or Repair
Tour Edge reserves the right to repair or replace any product at its discretion. Warranty repairs will take approximately 5 to 7 business days from time of
receipt at Tour Edge Repair Facility. All portions of the defective product must be returned to Tour Edge Repair Facility. Shipment of defective product is
the responsibility of the account.
Replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible from the time the Return Authorization is called into Tour Edge. All replacement products will be
billed in full at program pricing. To receive a full credit for replacement products, defective products must be returned to Tour Edge within 30 days of the
Return Authorization issuance, and all portions of defective products must be returned including headcovers. Shipment of defective product is the
responsibility of the account. Contact Tour Edge to inquire about refinishing charges on products.

Tour Edge reserves the right to repair or replace any product at its discretion. Warranty repairs will take approximately 5 to 7 business days from time of
receipt at Tour Edge Repair Facility. All portions of the defective product must be returned to Tour Edge Repair Facility. Shipment of defective product is
the responsibility of the account.
Replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible from the time the Return Authorization is called into Tour Edge. All replacement products will be
billed in full at program pricing. To receive a full credit for replacement products, defective products must be returned to Tour Edge within 30 days of :he
Return Authorization issuance, and all portions of defective products must be returned including headcovers. Shipment of defective product is the
responsibility of the account. Contact Tour Edge to inquire about refinishing charges on products.
