Public Hearing closed
Department Report:
Angie Conn
From the Department Report, the docket numbers given negative consideration have been
tabled to March 26 meeting for further review
Any new development would be hard to comply with Overlay since parking is in front of
buildings
Department recommended positive consideration of the three dockets
Discussion:
Relief needed from the 70% frontage because of existing structures
Any bank or financial institution would not have two occupiable floors
New FAR will be equivalent to current 23
Action: Mr. Wilfong APPROVED Docket Nos. 12020015 V, 12020016 V and 12020017 V, The
Centre for building orientation less than 70% frontage; building height not two occupiable floors (This
variance does not apply to the proposed new retail building at the southeast corner of the site.); and
building footprint floor area ratio less than .50.
