The Department of Community Services has taken the following administrative action regarding the request of two
ADLS Amendment applications regardin Parkwood Crossing East. Buildings 1, 5 7, located at 280 E 96 Street
and 500 -510 E 96 Street:
APPROVED: The Department approved the site plan and revised architectural building elevations, with the
understanding that you will work with the City Engineering Dept. on any approvals they require as well.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
