Docket No. 04040038 SP - The Gray Estate, Lot 1
The applicant seeks to plat 1 residential lot. The site is located southeast of E. 131st St.
and Gray Rd. The site is zoned S-I/Residence - Low Density.
Filed by Dennis Singer of Cripe Associates.
The applicant is proposing a one-lot subdivision to allow the sale of a portion of the existing
legal parcel to the Carmel Clay School Corporation. The Technical Advisory Committee
comments have been address to the satisfaction of the Department. Due to the limited scope of
the proposed subdivision (one lot with no new streets and limited improvements) the Department
will be requesting that the Commission take final action on the Primary Plat this evening. This
would be provided that comments from the public or commission not require additional
discussion at committee.
The Department recommends that this Primary Plat request be approved this evening after
the public hearing is conducted.
Note: Approving the request this evening will require a vote to Waive the Commission's rules of
procedure which would have the item sent to the Subdivision Committee on July 6th for further
discussion.
