Tree Pruning Response (Lindsey Purcell) understanding the physical and biological responses of trees to pruning and demonstrate the importance of proper pruning techniques and timing. Ordinances, Permits and Violations (Julie Holtsclaw) discussion on the contents of Chapter 701 of the Municipal Code of the City of Indianapolis regulating the planting and maintenance of trees within the city.
