Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on June 22, 2004 at 7:00 P.M. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a
Primary Plat application for a proposed one (1) lot minor subdivision on 3.278 acres, to be known as The
Gray Estate, located at 5155 E. 131~t Street, Carmel, IN.

Docket Number 040040037 PP which states it was in the May 1 7, 2004
publication of the Indianapolis Star.
Also enclosed is the Hamilton County Auditor's Certified Original list of
Property Owners/Adjoiners for this project. The notices were mailed via
"Certification of Mailing" at 81.27 per letter and went out May 17,
2004 as indicated by the postal stamp on each page of the Auditors
list.
The deadline for receipt of these documents is stated as noon, Friday
June 11, 2004 in order to have this Item appear on the June 22, 2004
agenda of the Plan Commission, Public Hearings and the July 6, 2004
