THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That Lumber Mart, Inc. of
'Hamilton County, State of Indiana, herewith
grants, releases and quitclaims unto the City of Carmel,
Hamilton County, State of Indiana, an easement for a permanently
surfaced private road and right -of -way over and across the
following described real property located in Hamilton County,
State of Indiana, to -wit:
Part of. the Northeast Quarter and Part of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 32, Township 18 North, Range 4 East in Hamilton County,
Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

The undersigned persons executing this easement on behalf
of the Grantor represent and certify that they are duly elected
officers of Grantor and have been fully empowered, by proper

deliver this easement; that Grantor has full corporate capacity
to convey the real estate described herein; and that all
necessary corporate action for the making of such conveyance r rias.�
