The following are our responses to your comments on the Project Review #1 letter for
the above project, dated January 10, 2012.
General Information

4. Crossroads has determined that the project does not need to be reviewed by

Board of Public Works and Safety
16. The schedule I downloaded from the City's website lists January 11 as the
deadline for the January 18 BPW meeting. Our first BPW request letter was
sent December 23r and we are sending a second request today dated
January 11 to be placed on the January 18 BPW meeting.
17. Pursuant to meetings with Angie Conn with the Carmel Planning Department,
this project does not require Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and
Technical Advisory Committee approvals.
18. We are requesting Water Availability and Sanitary Sewer approval from the
Board in our January 11 BPW request letter. Exact usages and connection
fees are being coordinated with the Director of Carmel Utilities.
19. N /A. We are not proposing any additional curb cuts.

20. We are requesting Temporary Construction Entrance Approval in our January
11 BPW request letter.
21. We are requesting an encroachment upon a sanitary sewer easement in our
January 11 BPW request letter.

Construction Drawing Review Comments
37. a. The construction limits are measured at 12,130 SF. The proposed
improvements are a 2,880 SF building addition and 2,360 SF of additional
pavement area, for a total of 5,240 SF of added improvements.
