The schedule I downloaded from the City's website lists January 11 as the deadline for the January 18 BPW meeting. Our first BPW request letter was sent December 23r and we are sending a second request today dated January 11 to be placed on the January 18 BPW meeting. 17. Pursuant to meetings with Angie Conn with the Carmel Planning Department, this project does not require Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and Technical Advisory Committee approvals. 18. We are requesting Water Availability and Sanitary Sewer approval from the Board in our January 11 BPW request letter.
