Carmel TAC Members,
Please see the attached construction plans for the Tom Wood Jaguar Building Addition located at 4620 E 96th Street in
Carmel. We are proposing a 2,880 SF expansion to the rear of the existing building to contain 5 detail bays and one wash
bay. In addition, we are increasing the drive area (pavement) around this part of the building and replacing some
landscaping. According to meetings with Angie Conn, we will not be attending a TAC Meeting for this project. We are
submitting an ADLS Amendment Application for administrative approval and will, therefore, work directly with each TAC
member addressing each of your comments.
Please let me know if you need paper copies of these plans and if you have any questions regarding the plans. I look
forward to receiving your comments for our project

attached is the TAC members list in excel spreadsheet format, so you can cut and paste all their email addresses easily.
You can send one big email to all of them, explain the proposed building addition and changes to the site and
landscaping. Also, you can add .pdf's to the email to show the building elevations and site plan and ask if they have any
comments or concerns, or if they need paper copies. You can also let them know that you will not be attending a TAC
meeting, but working with each TAC member individually, since you will be submitting an adls amendment application
to planning /zoning for administrative review /approval. (Our dept. will need paper copies of the application and plans.)
Also, I have not had any luck yet finding plans associated with 9820 Association Ct (off Bauer drive) except plans from
1998... did you say they had some type of approval in 2006?
