Engineering Department, Stoeppelwerth and Associates in cooperation with
Williams Creek Consulting have completed revisions to the attached construction
plans, drainage calculations and water quality report for the above referenced
project in order to secure approval to re-commence construction. Simar to the
previous set of approved plans for this project, the attached revised set is broken
into separate projects, and the owner intends to comptete Project ject 1 at this time.
After you have completed your review, then we will provide a new engineers
estimate for Project 1 and the owner will provide new performance bonds in

As you are aware, the property previously owned by East Carmel, LLC
covered by The Legacy PUD has been transferred to a new owner, Falcon Nestll,
LLC. Falcon Nest |i LLC has retained Platinum Properties, LLC to serve as the local
developer for purposes of compteting the project. Per the request of the
Engineering Department, Stoeppelwerth and Associates in cooperation with
Williams Creek Consulting have completed revisions to the attached construction
plans, and water quality report for the above referenced project in order to secure
approval to recommence construction. Similar to the previous set of approved
plans for this project, the attached revised set is broken into separate projects,
ancl the owner intends to complete Project 1atthistirno. The items that have
changed speCificto your area of review are reflected below, and we have attached
a copy of the letter addressed to Gary Duncan with the Engineering Department
describing the remainder ofthe revised items for your reference.
