The Overlook at Legacy will include 31 lots on approximately 25 acres located at the south end of the Legacy PUD District, northeast of Prairie Trace Elementary School along River Road. The area of The Overlook at Legacy is identified on the aerial photograph included in this submittal. By way of general background, The Legacy PUD was enacted in January of 2007. It allows a nixed -use community, consisting of various use blocks, on approximately 500 acres generally located on the southwest corner of 146 Street and River Road. The Overlook at Legacy is located primarily in the Neighborhood Use Block and a portion of the Suburban Residential Use Block of The Legacy. The proposed single family detached dwelling neighborhood is a permitted use under the Legacy PUD.
