Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on Tuesday, August 16,
2911 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032
will hold a Public Hearing upon an application for a Development Plan Approval in order to
provide for commercial and office uses on 26.8± acres. The application, filed on behalf of
Meridian Heights Associates, LLC, is identified as Docket No. 11060014 DP.
The real estate affected by said application is located on the north side of Main Street,
between U.S. 31 and Old Meridian Street, and is generally known as 1394 West Main Street.
The real estate is zoned a mix of OM /MU --Old Meridian Mixed Use on the southern portion
and B -6 /Business and US 31 Overlay on the northern portion.
