Keep them competitive with other buildings in the US 31 Corridor with multiple signs
o Tower 1, REI Building, has 3 signs facing north
o 11595 Pennsylvania has two signs on one facade
New sign will follow all existing regulations for building
o Within permitted 90 square feet
