The purpose of this affidavit is to report the establishment of lot corner monuments in Village of
West Clay Section 6001 a Replat of Blocks "G "H" and "R a subdivision in Hamilton County,
Indiana, the plat of which was recorded as Instrument Number 2011061114 in Plat Cabinet 4,
Slide 737 in the Office of the Recorder of said County. This affidavit was prepared in order to
meet the subdivision monumentation requirements of Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12, Section
18 of the Indiana Administrative Code.
Steel rebars 5/8 inch in diameter x 24 inches long with yellow plastic caps stamped
"SCHNEIDER FIRM #0001" were set in unpaved locations and Mag nails with washers
stamped "SCHNEIDER FIRM #0001" were set in paved locations at all lot corners as shown
on said record plat and at all points of curvature and points of tangency of all lot lines except as
noted and explained as follows:
Northwest corner of Lot 401 (existing Mag nail with washer stamped "SEA GROUP
FIRM #0091)
Northeast corner of Lot 403 (existing Schneider rebar and cap)
Southeast corner of Lot 403 (existing Sea Group rebar and cap)
Point of curvature on south line of Lot 402 (existing Sea Group rebar and cap)
Point of curvature and tangency of curve Lot 401 (existing Sea Group rebar and cap)
Point of curvature on north line of Lot 501 (existing Schneider rebar and cap)
Southeast corner of Lot 501 (existing Mag nail with Schneider washer)
Southwest corner of Lot 506 (existing Mag nail with Schneider washer)
Southeast corner Lot 106 (existing Schneider Mag nail with washer)
Point of curvature on south line of Lot 106 (existing Schneider rebar and cap)
Northwest corner of Lot 101 (existing Schneider Mag nail with washer)
Northeast corner of Lot 102 (existing Schneider Mag nail with washer)
The relative positional accuracy of the above established monuments is within the tolerances for
Suburban Surveys: 0.13 feet plus 100 parts per million.
