GPD Group 1801 Watermark Drive, Suite 150 Columbus, OH 43215 RE: Fifth Third Bank- Project Review #3 Dear Mr. Prosser: The City received your comment letter and drawings dated May 4, 2012 in response to the Engineering Department's review on December 27, 2012. The comments from the City's previous review have been satisfactorily addressed with the following exceptions: 1. Previous Comment 12. Please provide a basic traffic summary that compares AM and PM peak traffic entering and exiting the site for the current use and proposed use. It did not appear that a traffic study was included with this submittal. 2. Previous Comment 18. Please revise the landscaping plan so that there is no planting material within the proposed access easement along the south property line. The Department repeats this comment. 3.
