Please provide the exterior light fixture design details. 2. The maximum lot cover percentage should be less than 45 we calculate around 48 Max lot coverage takes into account all impervious surfaces, such a s driveways, building footprints, etc. 3. Need more detail on the cantilevered bump outs and how they are finished out on the exterior, as well as how high is the bottom of the bump out from the ground level? Does it bump out above the top level of the brick veneer foundation (brick sill)? 4. Please provide the dimensions /details of the columns for the porches and covered walk. Such as the taper, with the widest and thinnest widths. Also, show how the columns design of the covered walkway complements or matches the front porch columns design.
