Engineering will need to review any proposed site changes associated with this change in use. I would assume that the existing drainage and other infrastructure would be utilized? Mr. Gowdy, do you have data that identifies the traffic for an auto leasing business compared to a fast food restaurant? I suggest a meeting with Engineering prior to the TAC meeting so we can understand better what is proposed and get out in front of any issues that might affect the filing. If you can submit your filled out use variance application soon (we just need the first 2 pages for now, along with any photos, site plans, etc.), then we can issue a docket no. and get you on the Oct. 24 BZA meeting agenda, assuming you could make the Sept. 29 public notice requirements with the certified mailings, legal ad in the newspaper, and sign posted on site. You should probably contact the county auditor's office very soon, to get the official list of adjacent property owners. Then, we can also have you appear at the Oct. 19 TAC (Technical Advisory Committee) meeting, if you can send the application and any pertinent info to the TAC members ASAP.
