The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a wall sign. Please see informational
packet distributed with the meeting agenda. This site is zoned B-8 requiting ADLS Amendment
approval for new signage. The Department has the following concerns with the proposed sign:

The Department requests that the sign be centered on the two columns below the
proposed sign area with the text "Charter One" on one line and the text "Bank" below
maintaining the same size letters as presented. This will allow the sign to be centered in a
more appropriate manner on the columns.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.

The applicant seeks approval for a wall sign. The site is located northeast of 106th Street
and Michigan Rd. The site is zoned B-2/Business within the US 421 Overlay.

The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a wall sign. Please see informational
packet enclosed with this report. This site is zoned B-2 and within the Michigan Road Overlay
Zone requiting ADLS Amendment approval for new signage. The Department has the following
concerns with the proposed sign:

maintaining the same size letters as presented. This would provide better proportions.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
