Buckingham Companies is pleased to present the Shoppes at
Providence for Development Plan and ADLS approval. This third
phase of our current development will bring an important addition
to the existing mix of uses in the neighborhood. As planned, the
project includes a total of two three-story buildings, each
comprising approximately 10,300 square feet of commerdal space
on the ground floor, while also including 24 loft apartments on the
upper two floors. The buildings are designed according to the Old
Meridian Overlay- Village Zone, while also complementing the
architecture of Providence at Old Meridian. As such, the buildings
are oriented to Old Meridian Street and parking is available in the
rear area of the site. Consistent with the intent of the Old Meridian
Overlay- Village Zone, the project will include ample sidewalk
width in front of the buildings, outdoor seating areas, and on-street
parking areas. The commercial spaces are designed to
accommodate restaurant, retail, and/or office uses as permitted in

the zoning ordinance. The loft apartments will be accessible from
rear doors that lead to two stairwells and an elevator. The units
will consist of various high-end amenities featuring hardwood
floors, granite countertops, exposed ductwork, 9'-10' ceilings, step-
out balconies, and stainless steel appliances. The following pages
include detailed information on the site plan, parking, landscaping,
architecture, signage, and lighting.

Providence at Old Meridian PUD shall apply for this project. As
such, the ground signage locations and designs are adapted from
that particular ordinance. The following pages also depict styles,
sizes, and locations for additional signs on the buildings consistent
