2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed.
4. The Filing Fee and Eight (8) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary, Ramona
Hancock, no later than NOON, Friday, May 21. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in the
tabling of the petition to the Tuesday, July 6, 2004 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee.
5. This Item will appear on the Thursday, June 1, 2004 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies
Committee at 7 pm in the City Hall Caucus Rooms.

5.) Provide a copy of the approval letter/e-mail from Scott Brewer, Urban Forester, for the sign's landscape plan approval.
6.) Show/label the Michigan Road Right-of-Way.
7.) Label the distance of the ground sign from the Right-of-Way. (Must be at least 5-ft from R/VV).
8.) Are the signs internally illuminated?
