We have figured the center line to center line of the trusses to be 17' 3 -3/4 Plans show 15'10". There are two options we can due to correct this. One is to widen the abutments and add another stringer and decking. The other is to cut the floor beams to a length to get the Plan center to center of trusses correct. 6 We have done a cost analysis of the two options. The cutting of the floor beams will be 4 E edesign of the abutment a deck is about $7,346.00. See the attached computation sheet. Please let us know which direction to take so we can order the structural steel and stare on the floor beams if that is the direction you want to take. Attached is a signed CO. We are also comfortable with the most recent proposal for the traffic maintenance. I confirmed the bridge deck colors and have attached a scan of the approved colors for the deck and curb (the deck color is the "Dark Gray" and the curb is the only gray that was provided in their samples). If you need more detail on these, please let me know. If you need to pick them up, I can leave them at our front office. For the trusses, we agreed that the best option is cutting the floor beams and are comfortable moving ahead with the quoted price. For the retaining walls, I have attached a couple of pictures of the walls that were built for the Hagan Burke Trail. I think it is best to keep the walls similar to the existing wall. The closest fit that I saw in the brochure Harvey provided was the Allan Block AB Classic Champagne wall. I attached a scan of the page for your reference.
