Attachments: AI210. pdf; Al220.pdf; ai211. pdf; C104- ADDENDUM #5.pdf
Dear TAC Members,
I wanted to update you on the proposed Barrington CCRC project located north of 116th Street along Guilford Road in
Carmel, Indiana. Construction is slated to begin this August, and there have been some minor revisions to the approved
plans. These changes have been discussed with the office of Community Services, and they have directed us to submit
these plans to you as a courtesy.
Please be aware that we have made the following revisions to the plans:
1. Added underground parking at Wing A. Net add of 7 stalls of parking.
2. Squared off corner of building at Wing A to accommodate new underground parking and created additional
storage space.
3. Added underground parking at Wings D and portion of wing E. Net add of 33 spaces (total of 142 underground
spaces vs. 102 previously).
4. The proposed parking changes occur below grade. As such, there will not need to be changes to the previously
approved site plan or the site engineering.
Please let us know if anyone has any questions or concerns regarding these minor changes. And let us know if you are in
need of any additional information prior to our start of construction.
Please note that the team expects to submit the state approved plans for this additional work to the city some time early
next week. Your quick response to any questions or concerns regarding this work is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time, and we appreciate your assistance with our project.
Sincerely,
Roger Ward PE, LEED AP
