setback is 20 feet and the petitioner requests a roof over the existing patio which encroaches 10 feet. Filed

Discussion:
Appears very close to Drainage and Utility easement
o No negative feedback from Engineering Department
Petitioner stated there would be no digging
o Patio and foundation already exist
o Engineering Department told him it was okay as long as there was no digging for
additional footers /foundation
Action: Mr. Hawkins APPROVED Docket No. 12040024 V, rear yard setback of ten feet for
porch roof.

The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approvals:
Docket No. 12040007 V PUD Z -344 Section 7: Landscaping Requirements (reduction
along 146 and US 31)
Docket No. 12040009 V PUD Z -344 Section 11.3.A: Signs, Single Tenant Buildings (to allow
100 sq.ft. wall sign)
The site is located at 14598 Lowes Way. The site is zoned PUD /Planned Unit Development by Ordinance

Action: Mr. Hawkins APPROVED Docket Nos. 12040007 V and 12040009 V, for reduction in
landscaping requirements along 146 Street and US 31 and to allow an additional 100 square
feet wall sign on north facade.
