1. Docket No. 12030024 ADLS Amend: SePro Tower Si na e The applicant seeks approval to place one new
wall sign on the east elevation of the building. The site is located at 11550 N. Meridian St. and is zoned B -6. It is
located within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by Cory Cline of SePro Development Company II LLC.

Approval requested for a new sign package, including wall, ground identification and directory ground sign
All signs average 75 square feet
Wall signs constructed of individual, internally illuminated LED lights, ivory faces, bronze trim caps returns
Signs may be flush or raceway mounted; raceway must match bldg facade
Directory Sign will list tenants within bldg will be placed near pedestrian entrance
Existing ground identification sign will have new lettering applied raised internally illuminated letters that will
appear green during the day, white at night

The site is located at 1342 -1430 S. Range Line Road. It is zoned B-3/Business, within the Carmel Dr. Rangeline Rd.

they will be screened
Concern regarding screen wall for rooftop mechanical equipment, does not blend well with architecture; can
petitioner extend parapets put mechanical equipment behind? Petitioner states screenwalls should not be
visible from street
Dumpster/location for bank? Petitioner will check with bank, but does not believe they require a dumpster

Motion: Woody Rider to split the petition into two parts: Part A would be the bank and retail drive -thru bldg; part B
would cover the corner retail at the southeast section. Motion was seconded by John Adams, approved 5 -0
Motion: Woody Rider to forward the bank and retail drive -thru bldg to the Plan Commission (part A of the petition) to
the Plan Commission with a positive recommendation; seconded by John Adams, approved 5 -0
ote: Part B, the corner retail at the southeast section, is continued to the June 5' Special Studies Committee Meeting.
