Craig,
Regarding the availability of sanitary sewer and water to serve the existing house and a possible second house at
14127 Gray Road I have the following information;
Sanitary sewer is available on the west side of Gray Road. Water is available on the east side of the road.
Depending on the elevation of the existing and future home, it may be possible make a sewer connection with a
gravity line. If not a pump (s) will need to be installed by the owner. Water service to the existing home would
require at least a 3/4 service line. To serve two houses a 1.5" service line would be needed, possible a 2 This
installation would be the responsibility of the owner.
There will be hook up fees owed to Carmel Utilities and paid prior to hook up. The fees are as follows;
Water Availability fee $2020 x 1.64 acres $3312.80
Sewer availability fee $1365 x 1.64 acres $2238.60
Water connection fee $2615 per house, so two houses would be $5230
Sewer Conne3ction fee $1600 per house, so two houses would be $3200
