Water is available on the east side of the road. Depending on the elevation of the existing and future home, it may be possible make a sewer connection with a gravity line. If not a pump (s) will need to be installed by the owner. Water service to the existing home would require at least a 3/4 service line. To serve two houses a 1.5" service line would be needed, possible a 2 This installation would be the responsibility of the owner. There will be hook up fees owed to Carmel Utilities and paid prior to hook up.
