At the request of the Department of Community Services, I have calculated the trips that can be
anticipated by the Highpointe on Meridian development. The tables below show the comparison of
trips that would be generated under the current zoning classification and the current proposal as
provided by the Developer. It can be seen through the Trip Generation Analysis that development
under the current zoning will have a much greater impact on the roadway system based on the number
of vehicles it will generate.
