Docket No. 04050046 ADLS: Greyhound Commons, Phase II - Fox & Hound The applicant seeks approval to build a restaurant building. The site is located southeast US Highway 31 and 146th Street. The site is zoned PUD/Planned Unit Development. Filed by Blaine Paul of American Consulting, Inc. The Special studies committee forwards a favorable recommendation to the full Plan Commission on this request with a 5-0 vote. The Department has no outstanding issues. The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the ADLS as presented. Background: The applicant is requesting approval of an ADLS for the construction of a restaurant as part of the approved Greyhound Commons commercial development (Development Plan previously approved). Please see the infonnational packet prepared by the applicant for an overview of the site and proposed building elevations. The proposed building design and signage appear to comply with the PUD zoning requirements. The Commission has previously approved the site layout and all parking lot perimeter and interior landscaping. All Department and T AC concerns have been addressed. We request that the applicant provide the commission with a photo of the approved ground sign and rendering of the proposed modifications. PCR-2004-0817
