Weber Farms has successful operations in a number of farmers markets and outdoor produce stands.
The past two years we have had a stand in the Carmel area at 106 and hwy 421, across from the
Target Center. We have built a large customer base and there is such a demand.
A community deserves to choose daily to buy locally and sustainably grown produce and foods. It is a
cultural change that many are embracing. The rewards are immense to the consumer and the growers,
while minimizing our carbon footprint. It's about making a difference whenever possible, regardless
how small. It's about making healthy choices, cooking fresh and buying smart. It's about sharing
recipes, preserving foods and the sense of community is contagious.
The good people at Vine Table, an established business on Carmel Drive approached us because of
our reputation for providing the best of produce, to come on board and offer Indiana's finest to the
Carmel community.
Our plan is to construct a self contained, temporary stand in the large front parking lot of Vine Table
that does not exceed the 9 feet in height, does not impede visibility of any intersection or roadway and
is architecturally compatible with Vine Table. The siding and color palette will be identical to Vine
Table.
We are family owned and operated and take enormous pride in our work and how we conduct our
operation. We would be honored to have an association with the city of Carmel and will conduct our
business with integrity and aplomb.
