To whom it may concern:
We installed an 8 ft privacy fence over the prior fence line. The purpose of the fence
was to create a safe and private setting for our neighbors.
The fence borders one property and that would be the Hicks family. They have
expressed their appreciation for this.
We believe the 8 ft will create a more safe environment for the children /teenagers of
the neighborhood since this section of the fence is not in plain sight.
Other neighbors have expressed their liking of the improvements.

To Whom It May Concern:
We reside at 12968 Wembly Road in Carmel, IN 46033, and our next door neighbor is Joe
Harvey. Joe moved in to the neighborhood last year, and in the process, has done much work
to improve and enhance his home.
One particular improvement that we were pleased to observe was the construction of a
beautiful new fence that not only provides Joe, but ourselves as well, with much appreciated
privacy while on our deck, and Joe while using his swimming pool.
We are in full support of the height of Joe's new fence, and feel that it is an asset to the
Brookshire North neighborhood.
