AN AMENDMENT TO THE CARMEL/CLAY
ZONING MAP
Notice is hereby given .to the taxpayers of the City of Carmel and . Clay Township, Hamilton County,
Indiana,. that the proper legal officers of the City of Carmel met at their regular meeting place, Council Chambers,
Carmel City Hail, One Civic Square,.Carmel, IN 46032, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 4th day of October, 2004, and
adopted the following:
Ordinance No. Z-4S'6-04, rezoning p'art of Tax Parcel I.D. No. 16-09-26-00-00-015.001 (commonly known as
Alexandria), generally located southeast of the intersection of Pennsylvania Street ~nd 131st Street from,the OM/SF-
~Old ,Meridian/Single Family Attached zoning classification to the OM/MF-- Old Meridian/Multi-Family zoning
designation.
Or~inance'No. Z-4S6-04 affects only part of the aforementioned Tax Parcel.
Ordinance No. Z-4S6;..04 does' not am~nd any provision of the CarmeVClay Zoning Ordinance regarding penalties
or forfeiture prescribed for a violation of the ordinance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION
Docket Nos. 04050051 Z and 04060020 ZW
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission meeting on the 20th day of July,
2004 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will
hold a Public Hearing upon Rezone and Zoning Waiver applications for Edward Rose Properties
("Applicant"). The Applicant requests a Rezone of approximately 2.5 acres of real estate from the
Single Family Attached Zone District (SF A) to a Multi-Family Housing Zone District (MF). The
Applicant also seeks approval of a Zoning Waiver of Section 20G.5.2 (D)3 of the Carmel/Clay
Zoning Ordinance to reduce the amount of brick exterior on two buildings to be located at the
southeast comer of 131 st Street and Pennsylvania Street from 100% to 85%.
The property is located southeast of the intersection of Pennsylvania Street and 131 st Street, within
the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana and which is more particularly described in the
attached legal descriptions.
The applications are identified as Docket Nos. 04050051 Z and 04060020 ZW, respectively.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in writing or
verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place. Interested
persons may also file written comments prior to the meeting. The hearing may be continued from
time totime as may be found necessary. The petition and plans may be viewed at the City of Carmel
