Brief De:scription of Waiver: Exterior building materials
In deciding whether or not the applicant has presented sufficient proof to pennit the granting of a
waiver, the Plan Commission should consider the following:
. The proposal is in harmony with the pmposes and the land-use standards contained in the
Old Meridian District Ordinance, Z-352.
. The proposal enhances the overall development plan, the adjoining streetscapes and
neighborhoods, and the overall Old Meridian District.
. The proposal does not produce a site plan or street/circulation system that would be
impractical or detract from the appearance of the development plan or the Old Meridian
District, and does not adver~ely affect emergency vehicle access or deprive adjoining
