At the meeting held Tuesday, December 6, 2011, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
201 W 103` Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 11110007 V: Development Standards Variances for sign not facing public right -of -way: east.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is December 6, 2014.
Please include a copy of this letter with any sign permit application.
