Lot #42 is located at 405 2 Ave NE. We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients Matt and Sarah Perkins. As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit. This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four -sided elevations.
