UTILITY HOOK -UP PERMITS AND PAYING
ALL FEES. THE CONTRACTOR IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING ALL
UTILITY WORK AND INSTALLING ITEMS
AS NEEDED TO ENSURE A COMPLETE
PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL
UTILITIY'S SPECIFICATIONS.
1.5 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW
AND CONFIRM THAT ALL DIMENSIONS,
PRODUCT SYSTEMS AND EXISTING
CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN COORDINATED
PRIOR TO FABRICATION OR START OF
CONSTRUCTION. ALL ASSOCIATED AND
MISC. ITEMS ARE TO BE PROVIDED FOR
A COMPLETE PROJECT. THE
CONTRACTOR IS TO NOTIFY THE
ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY OF ANY
CONFLICTS BEFORE PROCEEDING.
1.6 EACH CONTRACTOR SHALL
SCRUTINIZE ALL DOCUMENTS TO
DETERMINE THE FULL EXTENT OF
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EACH
RESPECTIVE TRADE.
1.7 ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED
IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
APPLICABLE CODES, LAWS AND

1.10 THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
SHALL PROVIDE ANY AND ALL
TEMPORARY UTILITY SERVICES REQUIRED
TO CONSTRUCT THE WORK. THE
CONTRACTOR MAY EXTEND SERVICES
FROM EXISTING LOCATIONS TO WHERE
THEY ARE REQUIRED. REMOVE
TEMPORARY UTILITIES AND RELATED
EXTENSIONS AS SOON AS PRACTICAL.
RESTORE ALL AFFECTED AREAS TO
ORIGINAL CONDITION.
1.11 THE CONTRACTORS' STORAGE
SPACE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
AREA OF CONSTRUCTION. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF
ALL STORED MATERIALS AND
EQUIPMENT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE
BUILDING.
1.12 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL STORE
ALL VOLATILE OR FLAMMABLE
MATERIALS IN UL LISTED FIRE
CABINETS OR OUTSIDE OF THE
BUILDING.
1.13 GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS
REQUIRED TO REMOVE ALL TRASH AND
DEBRIS CAUSED BY WORK FROM THE
JOB SITE DAILY.
1.14 THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
SHALL PROVIDE DESIGN BUILD FIRE
PROTECTION SERVICES FOR THIS
