Re: Custom Tree Preservation Plan for Lot H
On July 25, 2012 I met on site with Justin Moffett to review the Tree Preservation planning for Blackwell Park- Lot H (2 -A).
I determined that there are no key trees on most of this site to preserve. The trees each have issues that make them poor
candidates for preservation or fall within the foot print of the house or driveway.
There are two spindly white pines (Pinus strobus) in the south west corner that in my opinion should be considered
homeowner optionals. They could be preserved if the homeowner likes them or they could be removed and the area re-
landscaped.
This is a lot that will give the developer and property owner a chance to start with a dean slate and add new trees after
construction.
I certify that all the statements of fact in this report are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,
and that they are made in good faith. These trees have been inspected for preservation concerns and not for risk assessment
concerns. No claim is made as to their structural integrity.
Sincerely
