1. , The approval of this variance:will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the
community because:
The existing parking area is not affected by the proposed expansion and the requirement to pave the,area
would be•dangerous to the public as horses can easily slip on paved areas. A graveled parking area, as it
currently exists, provided a significantly safer surface for the horses.
2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially
adverse manner because:
The existing„parking areawill remain unchanged from its-current state which has not substantially adversely
• affected adjacent,properties;
3. The strict application of'the terms,of the Zoning Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the
use of the property because:
The requirement to pave the parking area, which also serves as the area to load and unload horses, would
create a dangerous surface'for the animals.
