APPROVED:Docket Nos.11120008:SUiand 11120009 V: Special Use expansion for riding stable and Variance for curbed/paved parking area with.Commitment that no more than 45 horses will be boarded in Buildings A and D with other buildings being used for storage,not boarding horses. Please be advised that per Section 30:05:05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request:for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is January 24,2015.
