The applicant seeks,approval to place two new wall signs (south&east elevations)and to change the roofline design of the building. The applicant seeks approval to change the roofline of the building and to erect two wall signs—one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.The roofline is proposed to be amended to have,a peak, with cedar beams&cement fiber board, to look like a lodge. The colors will be forest green and cedar planks. The wall sign facing east will be 74.11 sq. ft in size, which is under the sign ordinance limit of 75 sq. ft. It will be individual white channel letters with internal illumination.The wall sign facing south will be 44.38 sq. ft in size, which is under the sign ordinance limit of 45 sq. ft.
