At the meeting held Tuesday,January 24,20:12,the Carmel Advisory Board of,Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following.,action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at
1305 South Rangeline Road.
APPROVED: Docket Nos.,11120019 V and 11120020.V:Development.Standards Variances for ground sign not
permitted in Cannel Drive/Rangeline Road.Overlay Zone and all tenants not equally represented on ground sign.
Please be advised that per Section k30.'05:05: Time.Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,'the•aforementioned Development
Standard.Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements,must be underway,or a.written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this.Department.The expiration date of theapprovals is January 24,2015.
