If that is the case then I am ok with the numbering. In addition please avoid any duplicate numbering of any type on a single floor. My question yesterday about the max number of units that could be divided in the future is to allocate enough numbers so in the future if any units are sub-divided, there will be enough numbers available. i.e. currently there were six units now there are 9. If we had already numbered them 601 to 606 and then 603 sub-divided into two units now we have a numeric issue. Just asking for the potential for the future. If each unit could be divided into two then lets skip at least one number for each unit. I will let Bruce comment as well on this... I should have been clearer in my explanation and my attachment. Per the attachment, Units 601, 602 &604 are staying the same. Units 603 & 605 are being divided and are currently being referred to as: • Unit 603B • Unit 603D • Unit 605F • Unit 605H That leaves seven (7)total Units on the 6th floor. This is all of the divisions for those condos. Once you approve or recommend addresses for these Units, we will revise the Plat accordingly. Thank you. It looks like there were six units before and now there are 9, is that correct? 2. Can the units be divided more than the new proposal shows in the future? (basically what is the max number of units that the sixth floor could be divided into? 3. The duplicate 603#'s and the letters beside the numbers. I have attached a floor plan of the new Unit configuration. I have also attached the original recorded Plat and previously recorded Amendment to the Plat. We will be amending the Carmel City Center Condominiums Building 1 Plat/HPR so I wanted to present this to you for your review and comments regarding the addresses for the condominiums. Please let me.know what your opinions, suggestions or requirements are as to the addresses of the Units.
