PUDDesignGuidelinesCompliance Section1SiteStandards Section1.1:ConceptualPlan TheGramercyproposedDPADLSisverysimilartotheoriginalproposedblockplan. Thisproposalanticipatesanetworkofinterconnectedblocksmimickingtraditionalresidential blockdevelopment. Thereisaseriesofdedicatedgreenspacesbothontheininteriorofblocks,andinmorepublic areasthataregenerallyspacedtoservetheentiredevelopment. Section1.2:OpenSpace ThisproposalhasparksandgreenspaceasgenerallylocatedintheconceptualPUD.
