I THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
SMALL PROJECT" (A105, 2007 EDITION) AS PUBLISHED BY THE AMERICAN
INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS SHALL HEREBY BECOME PART OF THESE
SPECIFICATIONS AND SHALL GOVERN THE DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS, AND
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR.
2 WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2008 INDIANA BUILDING CODE AND
THE LATEST EDITION OF THE INDIANA AMENDMENTS AND ALL FEDERAL,
STATE AND LOCAL ORDINANCES.
3 DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. ANY DESCREPANCIES ON THE CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS OR BETWEEN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND FIELD
CONDITIONS SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY IDENTIFIED TO THE ARCHITECT'S
OFFICE PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK.
4 PLAN DIMENSIONS ARE TO CENTERLINE OF WINDOWS, DOORS AND COLUMNS
5 PLAN DIMENSIONS ARE FROM FACE OF STUD TO FACE OF STUD UNLESS
NOTED OTHERWISE AND TO FINISH FACE OF EXISTING WALLS.
6 CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MEANS AND METHODS OF
COMPLETING THE WORK AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
7 CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
WITH THE OWNER PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK
8 CONTRACTOR SHALL CARRY STATUTORY INSURANCE COVERAGE AND SHOW
PROOF OF COVERAGE TO THE ARCHITECT AND OWNER
9 CONTRACTOR SHALL WARRANTY THE WORK FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR
OR AS REQUIRED BY SPECIFICATIONS OF STATE LAW, WHICHEVER IS LONGER_
FIRE PROTECTION NOTES
L THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DESIGN -BUILD SERVICES FOR THE
FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE THE RE-ROUTING
OF EXISTING LINES TO ACCOMMODATE NEW BUILD OUT, USING
CONCEALED SPRINKLER HEADS IN DROPPED CEILING.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW PROPOSED PLAN WITH ARCHITECT
PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK.
3. WORK SHALL INCLUDE THE PREPARATION OF DRAWINGS, REVIEWING
SYSTEM WITH ARCHITECT, AND THE OBTAINING OF ALL PERMITS
REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION.
